In my last posts, I told you about my new home and the idea of starting my own recording studio.
Now that we’re barely one month further this all came to an end…
Why?
There were some serious legal issues with the house I bought, so it was not possible to complete the purchase. Thanks to the effort of my lawyer I was able to cancel the agreement which also included a refund of my deposit.
So, as we speak at this moment, I will start again looking for a nice house in the Chania area.
